I recently purchased a 2016 M2 from this business, and I could not fault any part of the customer service from the very first contact, to the point of driving the vehicle away.
I emailed an enquiry initially, and Harrison phoned me back within the hour. The initial conversation was friendly, and informative, and any information I required about the vehicle was provided. This was important to me, as I could not visit the premises and had to rely on website images and information provided.
The whole process was very smooth, and I was made to feel at ease with every stage.
I finally went to collect the vehicle, which was very nicely presented, and drove away a happy man.
I would recommend this business to anyone else, and there is a very good chance I will now be a repeat customer.

Will, the owner of WJF Car Sales is quite possibly the nicest guy you'll meet in the motor trade. Bought a car from me recently and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Set a time to pick it and arrived when he said his was going to. Walked me through the bank transfer. Even offered to help when my finance company were taking the Micheal. My dad purchased a stage 3 Golf R from WJF last night. The car is brilliant. You can tell it’s been well sourced and that there is care taken when finding stock. All vehicles in the showroom were immaculate and very well prepped. The golf is no exception and really is in stunning condition.
We found WJF a pleasure to deal with. The relationship with the dealer is important to my dad. We found Will to be knowledgable, approachable and probably most importantly honest. The process has been fairly long waiting for us to sell another vehicle and Will has stayed in contact throughout He even stayed (very) late to complete the handover.
I would definitely recommend WJF for anyone who wants a performance vehicle.

I Could not recommend will enough, I recently part ex my car and bought a bmw from wjf and the car alone is beyond amazingly prepped, even better than the dealers! I knew exactly what I was buying before I even got there, thanks to his lights/showroom , he provided 100 photos from every angle so there was nothing hidden! From the moment we arrived he was very welcoming! And did everything he possibly could for us regarding switching of cars ect!.. the unit is amazing and can’t wait to see it all finnished! The thing what impressed me most was the 3/4 tank of fuel! Which when I have bought any other cars before they have been empty, so that was a great touch! Not to mention the gift box just before we was about to leave! If your after another car then I strongly recommend wjf. I will 100% be returning!

Will at WJF was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I enquired about a BMW M140 on the Wednesday and picked it up on the Friday at 22.35 yes that's right 22.35 he opened up at that time of night just to hand the car over to me. I travelled all the way from dover buying the car blind just from the photos and I've never felt so comfortable in doing so. Not at any point did ; feel pressured into buying the car the ball was always in my court. There isnt many garages that will brim the tank give a free gift and pay for your plate to go onto retention. Excellent service from the moment I first made contact with Will. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful when reserving the car online. However the best was yet to come. On collection I was amazed at the level of detailing that had been done to a relatively inexpensive car. It looked brand new in every respect. Add to this a full MOT, service and, believe it or not, a full tank of fuel (rare in even expensive cars these days) and you have one very happy customer.
